Our Intro to Aerial class is a perfect way to introduce yourself to aerial arts. We will cover a variety of essential, basic tricks on a variety of aerial apparatus like aerial silks, aerial hoop, aerial rope and more. This drop-in class will allow you to advance at your own pace, learning which aerial apparatus is best for you. In addition to basic skills, you will also improve your overall strength and flexibility through various exercises that you can make harder as you get stronger.
