Starting February 1, 2019 (Friday) we will be using a new schedule! After a year of running classes and listening to your feedback we’ve made some small but exciting changes.
We will now be offering an Intermediate Aerial Yoga Classon Wednesdays from 18:00-19:00 (only prerequisite is to be able to go upside down without assistance),
Thursdays from 18:00-19:30 will be an every changing class series to introduce you to new skills and disciplines. We will have Aerial Hammock (February) and Handstand (March/April), and Extreme Stretch (May). Message us for more information!
